In the beginning ... there was this beautiful morning!
I was happy to see that the sun now reaches the feeder station
and the birds looked happy out there. 
But...this afternoon! Sequim has had rain, hail and SNOW! ! !

THEN...
While I was catching snow photos :)
the Varied Thrush returned! ! !
You never know what a day will bring forth!

Hi Betsy, The thrush is not an everyday regular, but has been here a few times now. Hopefully, he'll get to liking it and bring his friends. I am told that it is irregular for him to be here at all :)

That is a beautiful bird! Wild weather~~I wouldn't mind a few more cold weeks down here, lol. :)
He is a pretty bird. You never know what will appear while you are photographing something else.
