If I were a Shirley Poppy, this is where I'd love to grow!
This is a 'garden' not far from where I live - maybe a half mile?
I think its interesting that the flowers are planted on the outside of the fence as opposed to the inside... in the yard.
The iphone camera did ok - but it really doesn't capture the jaw dropping beauty of the play of the setting sun on the petals. (6:40pm) I'm not sure I have a camera that would do it justice.
Unbelievably gorgeous.
I don't know about you, but I think the white picket fence makes everything stand out more.

Hi, it's a very great blog.
I could tell how much efforts you've taken on it.
Keep doing!
I think that is a perfect idea too... plant them outside the fence and see them "pop" even more. So very beautiful!
Beautiful, Sweet Friend. I miss our walks down that happy lane...
This is so beautiful.I don't think that any camera or artist can capture the glory of God's creation. Thanks for sharing these flowers.
Blessings,Ruth
Great photos! I love the sequence from the distant view to medium to close up. I agree about the fence; the contrast enhances the various colors.
